The repair business is a cycled business which swings from feast to famine three or four times in a year. The RTO business has added a continuous, uninterrupted weekly income to our small business. This is without a doubt a very profitable venture. It can be built as large as you are willing to take it or held as a small operation. While money is made from rentals it is also made from tracking and charging for excess mileage, insurance claims from wrecked or total loss vehicles, returned vehicles for re-rentals and repairs. We usually convince the customer to return the vehicle and we don't have to do repossessions.
