The KAP Retail Product Warranty
Any dealer has the opportunity to purchase the KAP Retail Product Warranty at wholesale cost and re-sell it at a Retail Price. The KAP Retail Product Warranty is not available in Florida, Texas, or California.
This warranty is designed for sale by the dealer to your Retail customers to protect them from a failure of covered engine/transmission components. The combination of low dealer costs and proven quality coverage makes it convenient and profitable to incorporate the KAP Retail Warranty into your sales process.
The KAP Retail Product Warranty covers vehicles under 12 model years of age and under 140,000 miles. Zero Deductible!
How does the KAP Retail Product Warranty work?
A KAP Retail Product Warranty is sold to your customer with a vehicle purchase.
The KAP Retail product Warranty Registration is sent to Northland to register the warranty. The KAP Engine & Transmission products (treatments) are then shipped directly to the customer to be installed in their vehicle. Only one bottle of each of the engine and transmission product needs to be installed to ensure warranty coverage.
Payment of KAP claims are quick and easy. Copies of the required maintenance records must be submitted with the claim.
KAP Product Warranties are properly funded and insured.
The KAP Retail Product Warranty is not intended for your RTO/LTO® Fleet Vehicles.
